Review

This movie amazingly reflecting the deep dissimilarity between the rich and poor family in the society, that how richer is getting rich and poorer is getting poor. In the beginning of the movie it looks all waggish and funny. As movie leads ahead lots of things happen and the audience might be confuse about the movie that what’s the major theme of the movie and what’s about it. On the one side in the movie Kim Ki taek (Kang-Ho-Song) family lives in a semi basement struggling with the daily resources and somehow running their daily life by doing random jobs and  collectively trying to get stable jobs for better livelihood. Fortunately the son, Ki-Woo (Choi Woo Shik) gets a English tutor job in a wealthy family of Seoul to teach their younger daughter, and also Ki Woo manage to bring her sister in that mansion by sleight, and one by one all the Kim family seized the house in a Machiavellian ways as the workers.

And on the second hand there is a wealthy Park family with a couple, who have two kids one was young teenage daughter and second was son, who were placed under the house. This film served as great entertainment with its colorful cast and numerous plot twists. Film director Bong Joon Ho's insightful and engaging comedy/thriller became one of the most talked about films of the year. It also set a new paradigm for how a South Korean movie can connect with American audiences. The film is packed with social issue, thrilling and suspenseful moments, and ended up leaving audience immersed in thought. The casting stars of the film were so versed and realistic. The film was tough to understand to audiences with lots of intense and unexpected twist and turn.
